Provides in-home, low cost broadband Internet service for families that have a child in grades K-12 who are currently enrolled in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program, or families that qualify for housing assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and others. The program offers Internet service for $9.95 per month (plus tax), the option to buy a computer for under $150 (plus tax), free access to online, in print and classroom Internet training, no activation fees or equipment rental fees, guarantee of no price increase so long as an eligible child is enrolled in the free lunch program during their K-12 attendance and no credit check requirement. Provides a wide variety of computer classes for adults, from beginner to more advanced. Check website or call for current catalog. Classes are held at Pleasant Hill Education Center, One Santa Barbara Road, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 and the Loma Vista campus.

Offers a variety of computer related courses, language instructions and writing proficiency including but not limited to introduction/intermediate to Microsoft, Excel 2016, accounting fundamentals, Spanish course, Sign Language, creating web pages, business/grant writing, SQL introduction, QuickBooks, Medical Coding, Accounting, and much more. All classes are held virtually and require, internet, computer and email.

Works in partnership with the Stride Center and Better Employment Together to help address employment obstacles. Offers computer basic 8 week course that helps clients improve computer skills and learn how to use the internet.

Offers intro to Computer Basics 10 week long class, (Spanish) in-person and virtually, (Farsi) only virtually. Intermediate Computer Basics 18 week long class, (Spanish) in-person and virtually, (Farsi) only virtually. Advanced class named "Caminos" is 20 weeks long includes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Outlook, OneDrive, and online programming, professional development, English literacy and mock-interviews. Waiting list's may be in place for computer classes.

Offers Computer Basic classes are currently being offered online only, via Zoom. Computer classes include Email basics and Microsoft Excel 2.

Due to Coronavirus COVID-19, limited in-person visits by appointment only. Provides vocational classes in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, A+ Preparation, Computer Repair, ABE preparation, GED preparation. Provides green technology courses including, solar installation, weatherization course, energy audits and energy efficiency education. Offers employment services such as job placement, job development, job counseling and job referral. Provides specific courses to help veterans.

Offers educational, special interest, personal development classes; High School diploma, citizenship, ESL (English as a Second Language), computers, parent activity education, older adult programs for retired community, vocational, health, physical fitness, safety, community service classes, foreign language, voice training and music.
