Sliding scale dependent on income, fees start at $25 an hour. NCFC accepts individuals and families covered by the Contra Costa Health Plan. Victim Witness funding accepted.

Crisis counseling for adolescent runaways, homeless and at-risk youth. Mediation for these youth and their families. Provides emergency shelter for youth open 24 hour, 7 day a week. Recruits, trains and certifies foster families, who provide conventional foster care for children referred from Social Services in Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties.
