Provides legal assistance to self-represented individuals (without a lawyer) to handle their own divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and paternity cases. Family Law Facilitators do not give legal advice; they provide assistance with forms and procedural information about the court process. Website has extensive information and forms which are required for filing. All family law paperwork must be filed at the Family Law Center in Martinez, CA.
